What is your LATE Policy?

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you show up more than 10 min late, we can offer you a Dry Style (no wash) or we can reschedule you for a full blowout service at another date and time. This is totally at the front desk/manager’s discretion based on appointments scheduled that day/hour. Please keep in mind that we generally book up, having back to back appointments. Your “running a few minutes behind” could translate into huge problems for us, so please be considerate and arrive in a timely manner.

What is your CANCELLATION Policy?

If you need to edit or cancel your appointment, please do so before 6pm the day before. If appointments are cancelled outside this timeframe, there is a $10 late cancellation fee. If an appointment is rescheduled for another day and time, there is no fee. No shows will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.. For groups of 3 or more, let us know 48 hours in advance Please remember, our time is just as valuable as yours and we often have quite the wait list. This policy is also included in your confirmation email as well, so please consider yourself well informed.

How long are Blowout appointments?

Appointments range from 30 min-1 hr. Dry Styles are 30min, Blowouts are 45min, Keratin Express Treatments are 1hr. If you have extensions or extra long/thick hair please let us know you are “the works” so that we can ensure to give you additional time if need be.

 What is a professional blowout?

A BLEU Blowout starts with a relaxing brush out and consultation with a member of our BLEU Krewe. Once a style is decided, a relaxing shampoo and conditioning experience happens, your hair is sectioned and blown dry. We finish off with a style of your choosing i.e. waves, curls, straight, This achieved beautifully styled hair that should last for days to come.

What is “the works?”

This $10 add on service extends the typical blowout timeframe from 45min to 1hr due to hair length, texture, thickness or tape in or bonded extensions. This ensures taming your tresses will not be a timing issue for our stylists.

How do I know if I’m “the works?”

You know your hair better than we do. As a rule of thumb if the length or thickness of your hair prevents it from being washed, dried and styled within the alloted 45 min timeframe, it’s pretty safe to say you would be a “the works” candidate. Be sure to mention this when booking your appointment as we often book clients back to back.

What is your Return Policy?

Customers are welcome to exchange new, unused products within 2 weeks of purchase for store credit only. Sorry, but used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Of course! It’s money to blow but it’s definitely not wasted! GiftCards can be purchased in any amount you choose, which can be used to purchase anything we offer at BLEU including blowouts, add on services, products, memberships, bartabs and even gratuity.

Can I make group reservations at BLEU?

Absolutely! BLEU is the perfect place to host your next special event: birthday party, girls night out, bachelorette party, etc. Simply call ahead or email us at BLEUaBlowdryBar1@gmail.com to reserve your space so we can be prepared for your group’s arrival. Please note that for groups of 3 or more, individual information of each lady and one credit card is required to book. For groups of 6 or more, there is a flat, group rate of $65 per lady, regardless of the style desired.  

 I’m Addicted! Do you offer frequent styling options?

Yes we do! Believe us, we are addicted too! We have two options to keep a girl happy: Bar Memberships & Bar Tabs

–BarTabs allow you to “pre-pay” or buy a bunch of blowouts and save a lot of bleu….er green.” The more your purchase, the more you save. We keep track of the number and they never expire. Bar Tabs are available in 3, 6, 9, or 12 packs and can only be used by the purchaser.

-Memberships ” where it pays to be a regular” works similar to a gym membership: Your credit card is automatically charged each month based on which membership you chose. Memberships can be cancelled at any time but are to be used only by the member. Blowouts do not roll over monthly, so use ‘em or lose ‘em.
